“Friendly staff but hotel needs to be renovated. Also too many flies around food area. All food items should have been covered better. Food could have been a lot better as well.”

“The five nights I stayed at this hotel three out of the five days I had to call for housekeeping. This was very frustrating, and one day I requested an iron and ironing board and they never bought it to my room.”

“The resort was really nice. I enjoyed my stay. Only thing was the food was OK. I would recommend definitely going out for dinner. Certain restaurants on the resort were not good but the overall experience was amazing. Housekeeping was so helpful and the staff was really fun. They had lots of activities during the week for the little ones and for the adults.”

“Is not beach front, when you want to go they pick you in a golf cart short distance 5 minutes. The restaurant à la cart is limited and the same menu every day. They don’t have a buffet serving for lunch like other all inclusive. Bar is good. Room was clean. Air conditioning was a problem it broke a couple of times and I needed to relocate to a different room”

“The grounds & property was beautiful, but the overall room in the garden was not it. The living room didn’t have AC & it got extremely hot in there. There were only 1 TV in the living room, which was unfortunate cause it was to hot on many days to sit in there. They do have sliding doors & blinds on the doors that opens to allow a breeze but that also allows bugs & mosquitos in. We also had a daily visitor a lizard, it came in every morning around the same time. The room which was in the garden……

“Elements hotel was a great stay. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were attentive to all our needs. Being in the enter of Punda you have access to all the shops and restaurants near by. Our favourite was Mar & Tierra situated downstairs of the hotel. The seafood platter for two was super delicious. A must try. Would recommend to stay for the location, cleanliness and friendliness of staff.”

“My wife and I have been traveling to Curcauo now for 6 years straight now and we have found that this place for us is a hidden gem. From arrival to departure the staff were always on point. Our little private beach was amazing with tons of fish privacy. A 5 minute walk to Mambo Beach where there is enough to do from live music to great food. We will most definitely be returning back ASAP.”

“Property is well maintained and staff does a great job, it feels like tropical paradise. There are a few things that prevent me from coming back. They claim to have 11 restaurants, they are not. The best restaurant was Strand by the ocean/beach area. We were able to get in only for 2 dinners, to French and steak place/ Butch. French was good, steak place couldn’t make me a steak, asked for med rare, got well done. Buffet had limited choices, very small. They have a few food trucks on the……
