Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "

"Not easy to find even with satnav but worth the effort. We arrived early from the boat and had to wait for the room to be ready. They said 10 minutes and meant it.
