“Never ever go on the weekend UGA plays Florida. Horrible. The smell of weed would make a dead man high. Thin walls. The view from the balcony was of the back of buildings. Only one roll of toilet paper… and it was not a full roll. The elevator was out of order on the day of check out. It was awful trying to get all my things down several flights of stairs… several times up and down. How was I alerted to the elevator situation? A hand written sign on printer paper taped to the elevator……

“Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience. I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out.”

“This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living……

“Perfect little place to stay. Seemed a little sketchy at first. But after the first night that feeling went away. It was simplistic and had everything you needed for the little time you will actually spend there. ”

“directions to how to get to the property we’re confusing could’ve been done much easier. Passcodes access codes, Internet, codes, pool, codes, etc. should be visible present in the condo laminated so a simple photo can be taken and easily accessed and not have to go back through text messages from the owner every time you need a code that was very cumbersome. Kitchen did not even have salt or pepper have to bring all your own minimal kitchen supplies otherwise complexes just average. It is not……
