“The drinks were 10/10! Look for bartender Seyla! Customer service, hospitality, and cleanliness were 1000/10. Our room was cleaned daily, and the staff made us feel welcome. The beach was absolutely beautiful! Our villa was a bit of a walk from the main areas, but the beachside view made it worth it. The food was mid. Breakfast and dinner were pretty much the same each day, and I wanted more variety. Two restaurants required reservations that filled up quickly. We didn’t know until arrival and……

“Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip……

“I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!”
