It would only cool to about 75 F but after requesting maintenance it would only get to about 74 F but would still get as hot as 80 F. Other rooms would cool to 65F. The resort and room were very clean, the beach has plenty of lounge chairs so you don’t have to fight anyone or get up too early, the beach also has a bunch of shade trees. “The pros FAR outweighed the cons. The fact that it is a small resort with everything so close together was a HUGE plus. Nothing was more than 50 steps away. The party at the sibling resort was SUPER FUN. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. The food was DELICIOUS. Restaurants were GREAT. “The staff was wonderful! The building itself was worn down and in desperate need of repair. The older portion of the resort needs serious updating! While there concrete fell from the dining area which could have been fatal had it hit someone, so I pray they start putting money into the property because it could be a beautiful place. “The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach.
