“Hotel was great. Our only complaint is with tropic tours which is who the hotel directs you to for transfer to and from the airport. They do not tell you that it is a shared shuttled that goes to multiple resorts and makes you wait for an hour for other passengers before it even leaves the airport. We flew 2 hours to get there then spent 4 hours sitting on a bus which cut in to our already short weekend getaway. I refused to go back with the bus which similarly wanted us to meet hours before we……

“We had a great stay. The property is very spacious, so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your privacy. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily visit again.”

“The property is simple great! The rooms all have balconies and very clean. The beautiful crystal clear warm ocean, white sand, delicious food, wonderful staff that always there to help with anything you need, the natural vibe of the place AND the sunset OMG - I loved it! Small, calm resort - I’ve been to several all-inclusive resorts on the island, I definitely prefer Cocolapalm. Already planning my next trip there.”

“The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”
