"整體體驗非常滿意，大大推薦！ 地點一流：酒店樓下就係今年新開幕嘅商場 Minamoa，行街、食嘢、shopping都非常方便。而且酒店就直駁JR廣島站同新幹線月台，唔使拎住行李上上落落，搭車超方便,仲有一樣好重要嘅係，去機場嘅巴士站就係酒店樓下， 酒店本身都好唔錯，乾淨企理，房間舒適，住得好安心。職員態度亦都好親切，服務專業。 The location is excellent: The hotel is directly connected to Minamoa, a brand-new shopping mall that opened this year. It’s super convenient for shopping and dining. Even more impressive is that the hotel is right above JR Hiroshima Station and the Shinkansen platforms — perfect for easy and smooth travel. Plus, the airport limousine bus stop is right downstairs, which makes getting to Hiroshima Airport incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better. All in all, if you're visiting Hiroshima, Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Exit is a top choice — great location, super convenient transportation, and comfortable accommodation. I’d definitely stay here again! "

"Great location and friendly staff. The facilities are a bit outdated but it's clean. 10-minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome. Many restaurants on the street next to the hotel."

"Vintage style hotel, 5-10 minutes to Hiroshima Castle and A-bomb museum. Hotel staff are super polite and nice, can communicate with English. Love the Columba Bar, relaxing environment and staff are charming and sociable. Not recommend the sky top bar. Room are clean and comfortable, but no usb charge port at bedside, TV channel are limited. Good overall"

"非常喜歡這個浴室，大，有浴缸，花灑很夠力，乾濕分離做得很好。房間就正常商務房。離廣島站5分鐘左右，樓下就有7-11& Lawson ，過一條馬路就有一間超市，非常方便。唯一不好就是，我們沒有要求清潔房間，所以就按酒店指示把用過的毛巾放好掛到門外，垃圾綁好放到門外。但回來時發現服務員只收拾好門外的東西，卻沒有補充回毛巾，垃圾袋及水。"
