“Great location for food and shopping. Lots of free parking. Two pools both indoor and outdoor. Breakfast was better than expected with both cold and hot food. Hotel is getting worse for wear with peeling paint, chipped furniture. It really needs to be updated and wifi was terrible. Front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly.”

“IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”

“Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question.
The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others……
