“Service is very nice and location is very prefect as near by retail park, that’s easy to get in the restaurants. Room is clean and the size is big but dust was found on the bed.”

“Excellent value for money. A/C worked really well. Free plentiful parking you just have to make sure the front desk have logged your registration otherwise you will receive a fine which is clearly displayed. My main problem was that my room was on the front of the road which can be noisy but I was so tired it didn't bother me too much. Also I followed the directions from my confirmation link which left me 1/2 a mile away from the hotel, it would be better putting the address into the sat……

“I spent 2 nights in heat and noise. The air conditioner was faulty, I asked for another room but there was non as I was told. The mobile fan they gave us was not effective rather noisy that disrupted our sleep. I am clearly a dissatisfied customer”

“I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。 在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。 ”
