“Asked for a room away from the elevator and she said there were no rooms available with a king bed. Never had that problem in any other hotel my husband and I have stayed in. It was not a late check-in.”

“Our room was not clean, and some parts had clearly not been cleaned or maintained for some time. There were large scuffs/dirt in the main part of the hotel room, spots/stains on the wall above the bathroom trash can, and a Cheeto on the bathroom floor. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower was nearly empty and not labeled. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others based on the cleanliness of the room itself. We've stayed in less expensive hotels with significantly higher……

“Well I didn’t like staff attitude and I didn’t like the extra charge for early check in when room prices are high enough… I think if you purchase a room you should be able to check in regardless the time, and shouldn’t be charged the same price of the room for early check in ridiculous.”
