“Magnifique Hotel, tout le monde est super sympa rien à redire. Les chambres sont magnifique et très spacieuses. Juste dommage que le spa / hammam soit payant en supplément quand on paye aussi cher un hôtel ( c’est la même chose dans tous les hôtels 5 étoiles et palaces, je sais bien mais je le précise quand même ). C’est pour cela que je mets quand même la note de 5/5. Merci pour tout 😊 ”

“Hot tub not in use. Swimming pool heated but too shallow to swim in. Small area deeper with steps to sit on. Would be ok to cool off on a hot day. Great roof terrace. Rooms are either side of an alleyway in 2 buildings which are connected at terrace level. Breakfast from 8.00 but on our last day when we had to leave at 8.25 didn’t start to 8.15. ”

“Only 10 minutes walk to old medina and 20 minutes walk to railway station. Includes a breakfast with a variety of choices. Room is well decorated with a balcony, yet there is a very big problem - you may not have hot water in your room, which you may not take a bath! This big problem is the only problem, the others remain good - friendly and helpful staff, a large pool with a poolside resting area, etc. Hope that they can make an improvement on the hot water system, and if they can, I will stay……

“The location is far from the centre and medina which took dh60 to medina. The air con of the room was not working..we required to change another room or repair it....the staff kept ignoring us..made us very disappointed. The swimming pool is nice and there is a balcony in every room. But overall I won't recommend ppl live in here coz it didn't deserve this price.”
