“Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the……

“My new favorite stay in Marrakesh! Huge, spotlessly clean apartment with cushy, comfy sofa, big bed with excellent mattress, big bathroom with bidet and a rain shower. The manager and staff are attentive and caring, and it’s a relief to have 24 / 7 reception. My room on the fifth floor in the back was away from the noise of Avenue Yacoub Mansour, which was great. Lots of restaurant options nearby, and you can put leftovers and breakfast in the small fridge. I hope that next time I visit……
