“Muy memorable estancia, hace dos semanas mi esposa y yo estuvimos hospedados aquí, mi esposa usa la cpap para dormir en la habitación que nos habían dado no funcionaba bien la máquina fue a recepción y inmediatamente le solucionaron el problema la Srita. Larissa nos cambió de habitación y mi esposa pudo dormir tranquila, cabe mencionar todo el personal muy amables desde recepción hasta en restaurante, la Srita Mary Fer muy cordial y amable también siempre al pendiente si nos hacía falta……

“Pros:great pool,plenty chairs and space is super clean and very classy, service is excellent, food is amazing at both restaurants. Short walk to main attractions and many good restaurants Cons: No in room fridge is very inconvenient because you cant keep anything cold. The seaside road is superloud with car music and motorcycles on weekend nights to very late,couldn't sleep.”

“The room was clean, but the pool area was unkempt the pictures advertised were misleading, the hotel is pretty far from downtown and they don't have enough stores and restaurants around the hotel so coming back and forth from downtown to the hotel can be expensive, the taxis are pretty beat up and some of them don't have air conditioner still you have to pay a higher fare to get to places,the food is not great,on the complementary breakfast they serve the very minimum ,we ask the concierge to……

“I really liked this hotel it's small cozy , clean , well maintained, we where there in low season so no one around , located right in the middle of the main plaza , you can take nice evening walks , it has a brewery called el zopilote, good ambiance , we enjoyed our stay”

“Perfect location you just have to cross the street, and there it is the beach if you don't like a lot people you can just go in the morning. You will have the beach all by yourself and the the water is clean and calm in the morning.”

“The bed was not comfortable, and it seemed that the bed sheets had not been properly cleaned. The portable fan was very noisy, so I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Additionally, I was not provided with a remote control for the air conditioning, which made it difficult to adjust the room temperature. Overall, these issues negatively affected my stay and comfort.”

“The manager Saul was very helpful providing us bikes to ride, arranging snorkeling tours and transportation and suggesting places to eat and to visit. The hotel was very close to a beach and it had a beautiful swimming pool that was kept very clean and at the perfect temperature.”
