“Everyone that worked at the hotel was very helpful, friendly and personable. The thing we did not like was there was a 2 - 4 inch topper mattress that was put over the mattress on the bed. The topper was not the correct size and it moved around. You couldn't sit on the edge of the bed without sliding off and the sheet kept coming off.”

“The night of stay was not good. My party booked two rooms, but, the air conditioning of the room as not cool enough. There is no facial issue and shower cap provided. The blow dryer is very weak and not powerful enough for hair drying. For 120+sq ft room, we did not expect the rooms are so small. I will have four more nights (two rooms again) returning on July 6 and hopefully the rooms assigned are going to be in better quality. The ones we stayed in have ruined the reputation of the Ibis……

“ 【阿姆斯特丹住宿真心話：帶媽媽入住的真實觀察】 這次帶媽媽來阿姆斯特丹，為了省點長途旅費，選了這家設計感很強的飯店。住完後有些「真心話」想給帶長輩或大行李的朋友參考： ● 先說我很在意的點（入住前要考量自身的需求）： * 交通是場體力活：從中央車站搭船過來很快（5分鐘），但下船後的路才是挑戰。一般人走可能 8 -10分鐘，但我一個人拖著自己和媽媽的兩個大行李，足足走了快 15 分鐘。雖然有捷運，但最近的站也要走 7 分鐘，而且捷運費超貴（搭一站台幣近百元），算下來走路省錢但真的是體力活。 * 不是青旅：這裡沒有廚房、沒有冰箱，想自己煮麵或冰東西都沒辦法的 * 喝熱水很不方便：房內沒水壺，想喝熱水得跑去櫃檯要，對習慣喝溫水的長輩可能不太方便。 * 衛浴衛生考驗：我們住的是超大共用空間（約 40-50 人男女共用厠所及浴室，剛開始不太習慣，但後來就習慣了），雖然早上打掃很乾淨，但到了傍晚使用量大，洗手台常有頭髮、大家的衛生習慣不同，馬桶有些紙張鋪在坐墊上，甚至阻塞。 * 寄行李要額外收費：寄放行李收費不便宜（24小時約 € 8。 ● 值得稱讚的優點： *……

“Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound.
