"I was in the hotel with my family . We all enjoy our stay, service was amazing everywhere in the hotel . The hotel is very kids friendly. Kids club was comfortable and all kids got there complimentary lunch and dinner for all the stay. "

"This hotel was easily on the top 3 hotels I’ve stayed at in my lifetime. I’ve rarely reviewed my stays unless it was above or below expectations. This hotel really embodies the idea of a home away from home. It has absolutely everything you may need in a resort, incredible dining options, and an outstanding staff that’s trained extremely well to anticipate what you may need. The spa was also one of the best I’ve experienced with a 3000 year old wall in the middle of it that the hotel has preserved in the construction process. This is the kind if hotel you visit and spend most of the time there enjoying their facilities. The rooms are incredible but they are not the stand out feature of our stay. The only comment to offer a fair review is that there isn’t much around the area in terms of touristic sites or walks, it’s definitely a staycation type of resort. I will visit again probably within the next 4-5 months purely due to our enjoyment there."

"This is a great hotel. It’s close to the Airport and a beautiful walk (20-25 minutes) along the beachfront walkway to the main shops that you find along the beach of Larnaca. Even though this small but beautiful hotel is not on the beach. You are just a few minutes away. The restaurant that is part of the hotel is fabulous. We found ourselves just eating there. Ranada, gave us 5 star service why go anywhere else. I would stay there again and I hope I have another opportunity to do just that. Blessings James"

"Genuine 5 star service and comfort, super clean everywhere and friendly staff. We stayed bed and breakfast, the food was excellent, as a veggie I often stuggle to find it difficult when on holiday to maintain a healthy balance. We used the spa for massages, let me tell you it was the best massage I've ever had, outstanding. There was a gym and a beautiful indoor swimming pool, we didn't use either but they looked fantastic. We travelled with our 2 autistic children, the youngest went missing for a 10 minutes after a miscommunication between myself and my husband, each thinking the other had him, the staff sprung into action and helped locate him quickly, they checked on us after and helped us a lot during our stay. On our last night my husband developed cellulitis (we had assumed it was a flare of his gout), the hotel staff called a dr and he was taken to hospital where he was treated. The reception staff ensured we had a late check out on the house, and looked after us very well during our last few hours there, always checking if we needed anything. The pools are lovely, a bit of something doe everyone. Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about our entire stay. We will 100% be back, and recommending it to everyone we know. "

"We visited the property in November 2023. When I first arrived, the staff were very friendly, they offered a drink and a wet towel to freshen up. The staff member took us through their all-inclusive policies and ensured I was equipped with all the information for my stay. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool, which was very relaxing and quiet, until it got too cold. The towels they offered around the pool area were very nice too. The hotel have an app to order to your sun lounger. The staff were quick to respond to orders and they were very friendly. The drinks were also very good, alcoholic drinks were not watered down, which is usually expected from all-inclusive holidays. The morning buffet for breakfast was A , there was something for everyone. Pastries, desserts, fruit, omelette station, freshly fried eggs, english breakfast items as well as items from around the world and fresh honey. The staff were very friendly and provided us with refreshments and support throughout the meal. Lunch buffet was a different theme every night and the food was cooked to perfection. Could not fault it. Their other 2 restaurants were really good and we were stuffed after their set menus. Staff were quick to respond to our complaint about noise from a staff door outside our room, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommend this hotel!"
