“Arrived with a very tired stroppy toddler and the receptionist was so helpful letting us check in once he was settled, let us access the room then check in So many activities and games for all ages Variety of different seating areas in and outside Fabulous view and wonderful food Also drinks and food were not over priced. Definitely be back ”

“Super friendly, helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Beautiful location. Dog friendly and convenient for walks from the hotel with access to Sheringham Park. The food was excellent, but not always consistent - I had sea bass on one day which was so delicious (and as described in the menu) that I decided to have it again on my last night, but it was no where near as good - missing the chives in the mash, the dill sauce on the fish and not served with peas all as described in the menu.……

“Waste of my time submitting a review you so r post? Hotels.com? A waste of time.Turned up at our hotel and the entry code didn’t work. Because someone had changed the lock. Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. I tried searching the emails while he was on the line but had no 4G coverage so couldn’t open the attachments. Rang the given number again twice and……

“Clean, service good, good place ”

“The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed……

“As I filled in the check in form online before arrival, the whole process took literally a couple of seconds. The staff were very polite and answered all our questions. We had a set menu dinner at The Terrace hotel restaurant - very reasonable price and top quality food, we had all three courses. Good selection of wine also. Next morning we had breakfast- again, plenty of choice and service ”
