“In general: Check in info missing, no info at site, cumbersome and then rude services on call. Check out OK. Room construction nice,  however worn out and dirty. Smell was terrible. Only 1 (of 3) windows could be opened (broken amenities). No aircon is ok, but not fan at all - just a noisy heater on window wall. Terribly hot room. No airing of halls until day prior to departure. Would recommend to close the "hotel" during summer. The only cleaning service was day at departure, at 06:30 (!)……

“Das Ferienhaus war für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben. Wir fanden, es war für 2 schon zu klein. Die Ausstattung war angemessen und sauber und die Umgebung war ruhig.”

“Highly accessible location, the hotel situates next to the Arlanda Express connecting to the airport. The receptionists are helpful in explaining all the necessary info. The breakfast is abundant in choices.”

“Self check-in machine sucks as my booking was not recognised. Still needs a person to sort things out. Importantly, Taiwan is not a province of Taiwan. This is so stupid.”
