Upon arriving to the hotel the lady to help us to check in was above and beyond. Note: when I asked the from desk lady that I need the room to be clean, she asked if I have called the day before to put the request. I was in shot but! I let her know that when I reserved my room from Expedia it say daily housekeeping service. I traveled twice a year and I had never have to call the front desk to have my room to be clean. I think the hotel needs to add this information on Expedia if the cleaning service is upon request. But other than this incident the hotel is great."
