“Having 2 true bedrooms and bath with the livingroom seperating the rooms is great for privacy and quiteness. If only traveling with little ones (10 or less), would not have to leave the resort, if brought your own food. Because of the swimming areas and activities. Applebees is just next door too.”

“It was my first time staying at this property. I really enjoyed the location, as it was centeal to all activities and dining in Gatlinburg. I enjoyed the staff. Any and all interactions , they were polite and friendly and helpful. The parking was okay and not as difficult as I imagined from reading other reviews, however, the garage does fill up. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great. The only cons were the pillows and the coffee. Each bed had four pillows and they were small……

“One of the best, if not the best, Hotels we have ever stayed at in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. You will not disappointed if you chose this property. Great amenities, free breakfast, rooms are over the top, excellent staff. Would rate the property overall a strong 10!”

“This property was so clean and the staff was excellent! My only issue was the shower was tiny and there was no water pressure. Everything else was perfect!”

“Very nice hotel, extremely clean inside and out, great value and excellent location. 4.5 out of 5 stars, only flaw i could find was A.C in the room was a bit noisy but I lived with it because everything else was perfect! 100% would stay here again!”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Good stay! It was quite, clean and the staff was freindly and courteous. The pool was a smaller than expected but we still had a good time in it. The ducks and groundhogs were a cute edition as well! Definitely recommend this place, its tucked away from the strip but not too far, so I enjoyed that.”
