Before we arrived, Brianna, the manager, communicated with us asking us whether we wanted to have appointments made for wine tastings, restaurants or spas and she did those for us. When we arrived (early), our room was fortunately ready. It was a gorgeous room overlooking the garden and the Russian River. It was very quiet and impeccably clean.
