“We wanted to stay in an older hotel that met the vibe of downtown Deadwood, rather than a new modern hotel, and Iron Horse Inn did not disappoint! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is included and the location is awesome. There’s also an old time casino with an adorable little bar attached to the hotel! ”

“Lovely historical hotel. Room was nicely appointed. There is an elevator ( surprising for an older hotel) it is locked down in the evening tho. Casino in the lobby but that is typical for Deadwood. ”

“The eating places close to early. When you are sightseeing or gambling and to eat a little later. There is nothing open. At least 10 through week and 11 on weekends. ”
