“Location, great communication. Beds comfortable, table sticky, coffee pot had old coffee at the bottom. Bathroom could've been cleaner, stuff on wall, mirrors dirtyWe did not report this so it was our own fault”

“A nice quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bath property, on Park Point, near the lift bridge. Staff kind and well mannered. It was hard to see and access the beaches. Hard to see and access water.”

“Property was clean and well maintained. Stairs to upstairs apartment are fairly steep so not ideal for people with mobility issues.”

“Very responsive host. The property was very well appointed and recently renovated. Excellent location and proximity to all of the local attractions. The property was clean and everything was in working order.”

“The location is nice. I like that there’s off street parking. The space was private and mostly clean. Decor was nice. Minor complaints are that the dishwasher is moldy and doesn’t smell great. The bedroom tv wasn’t functioning. There was also hair left in the shower and some dirt on the floor of shower. Water pressure in the shower isn’t great and the shower itself is pretty small, especially for being handicap accessible. Beds were comfy, linens were nice. There were extras like a bag of snacks……

“It was a Great place to stat”

“Nice location”

“Very prompt communication from host. It smells a bit odd in there. The host says it's from the pilot light in the stove and recommended opening a window. That didn't do much since the window is pointing towards the bedroom. The sink in the bathroom is VERY small. It's barely large enough to wash hands with much less brush teeth or wash face or shave. The internet provided by the host is also pretty fast. The floor is slanted up as you walk further in into the bedroom area. It is not level /……

“Great place with an excellent location. Easy in and out and lots of activities close by. Perfect weekend getaway spot!”

“This property was lovely. The studio apartment was the perfect size for 1-2 people and I stayed here for 4 nights total while I was in between houses in the process of moving. It was a quiet, cozy and A/C filled apartment so it was the relaxation I needed before moving for good. Thank you Heirloom Vacation Rentals!”

“We recently stayed in the condo for two days and have had a pleasant experience. We loved the views, and there atmosphere. We chose this property over a hotel because we love how it Mae us feel at-home. The property was clean, and it was quiet from neighbors. The traffic noise didn't;t bother us when the doors were closed, and it didn't bother us any when the doors were open. We highly recommend using them again, and will be staying again in the future.”

“Very clean. Great location. The management company were absolute top draw, they answered the phones immediately and solved any issues. We would highly recommend renting this unit/building.”

“A clean and cozy studio apartment with all the basics you would need for a pleasant Duluth stay. Street parking was easy but there is an alternative street parking schedule that is important to know.”

“We really enjoyed this property. My husband and I had a quick change of plans with our Anniversary trip due to the weather, and this was a great find! The stay was fantastic! The pricing was even better and comparable to or better than any Local hotel. It was close to some unique shops, restaurants, and breweries. We weren't sure what to expect, since it was more like a studio apartment, but it was a great fit with all the amenities you need. The bed was comfortable, the property was clean, and……

“Very happy with the location and upkeep of the property. Parking was not a problem and the location was pleasantly quiet.Communication from the property owner’s management company was very good, including a follow-up the morning after we arrived. Based on our experience I would recommend. One note, if you are adverse to stairs, then this property would not be for you.”

“It was a great place to relax and unplug.”

“Thank you!”

“Very cute and clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Had a great stay.”
