"Nice hotel near the waterline in Stonetown. Charming rooms with old fashioned furniture. The staff was very nice and helpful and the sunset bar is definitely worth a visit. However, the rooms are really noisy, especially on Friday when they hired a DJ to play till 2AM."

"The Mora is set in beautifully manicured gardens a few yards from a lovely white sandy beach. Our room was nice and quiet, always clean and well looked after. We tended to use the pool area mostly during the day - which was lovely and comfortable with a great drinks service. Food was good and varied throughout our stay - visit the Jikan for a premium sushi experience - excellent. The most impressive thing for us was the Staff who were always so polite and happy and helpful every single day - they all made us feel very welcome. "

"The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great! The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short. They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs! Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one was SILENT. "
