"The best part about this hotel was that everything was all inclusive. Otherwise, it's a well-maintained hotel with few amenities and beautiful gardens, we stayed at the resort all day because it's a bit isolated from most of the activities. We enjoyed the food, although at some point we felt like the food menu was not changing much. Food was limited at the buffet. Otherwise, customer service was amazing."

The staff were exceptional—especially Theo, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Although I made an error in my booking by reserving the two-bedroom villa for only two adults, the hotel management showed great understanding. "We had a lovely stay at the Baraza Resort. Although the beach, villa and food were top notch, it is the staff that deserve six stars! The entire staff are so wonderful and cater to your every need. This was the perfect stop after 8 days of Safari before our long journey home. I can’t recommend the hotel more highly. We also enjoyed the spa which was fabulous."
