“1） 安排酒店的接机，被“乌龙”在机场，不得不自己打车去酒店 2） 绝对不是别墅，连联体别墅也谈不上，货不对板 3） 豪华海景房变成一线海景房，还是远距离遥望 4） 第三天，房间漏水，不得不搬出房间 5） 第四天晚上11点还没有热水，因为供水设备坏了 6） 特别预定的4张床的房间，变成一个大床，两个小床 这是我们遇到的最让人失望的酒店， 我们四个都是经常出国的人，知道异国他乡不能太高期望，但是，这个酒店的宣传和实质完全不吻合， 大家千万小心预定”

“The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great! The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short. They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs! Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one……

“When I arrive the hotel, I am stunning about the style. Then, I got crazy and scream inside my mind on my way to the room through restaurant and beach, what a Paradise!!! “This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies.
