This property is everything it says it is plus more. All of the teenagers where in love with the games in the basement. Air hockey, basketball and foosball. All beds and bedrooms are spacious and comfy. I will tell you during our stay we had a winter storm and lost power. Unfortunately not the homeowner or caretakers fault. However the caretaker communicated any electric updates we needed, sent us a much appreciated care package while no power sent us coffee, hot chocolate and donuts from Tim Hortons. Very much appreciated but in no way was obligated for such a kind gesture. Our stay was sadly cut short due to the continued power outage. The caretaker was fast to refund us the night we couldn't stay and also offered help finding new accommodations. Highly recommend this gem of a home and caretaker is too notch. Will stay aginfor sure will be our top pick for sure.

Christmas @VP Manor
VP Manor was more than we could have imagined. The house felt like home. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. My grandkids truly enjoyed themselves.
The Host was great- easy to reach.

Beautifully remodeled home
Loved the home. Our favorite spot was the huge porch. We had great weather the entire weekend and spent most of the time when we were at the home outside. My only misgiving would be the description of the location was slightly misleading.

Great Central Location
As a native of Detroit, I appreciate the efforts of our host to help make the city a vibrant place to be again. The property was well maintained with plenty of the modern conveniences you would expect from a Vrbo property. Our host made herself accessible throughout the stay, but there was really no need to contact her, as everything was as expected. The neighbors were warm and hospitable as well, which made for an even greater stay. This property is truly a diamond in the rough!
