“It was an easy 5-7min walk to the Poma Lift at Nives from which you could access the entire mountain and <5 to the nearest grocery store. We took advantage of ski and ski locker rental at Ski Walter which made the logistics easy. The kitchen is well outfitted with pots/panels, dish-ware, utensils, but beware that there are no kitchen basics --- salt & pepper, oil, paper towels, etc -- or puzzels, games, so bring your own.”

“Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick! Alles was man braucht war in perfektem Zustand vorhanden. Sehr sauber, ruhiges und gepflegtes Haus. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Straße zur Wohnung ist recht steil und war für “kurz in den Ort laufen und wieder zurück “ für uns nicht ideal. Bus Haltestelle ist ganz nah man braucht kein Auto um die Gegend zu erkunden. ”

“This unit is in a super location. It was clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the street and tower. Be sure you download the user guide and follow it. For example, before you start the dishwasher you have to turn off the hot water heater in the bathroom and you have to bring your garbage to the basement - things like that. Great place overall - just a little dated.”

“The view from our apartment was spectacular. The kitchen was adequately equipped. It would have been nice to have had a microwave oven. Martina was very responsive to our needs. The initial trip to the apartment was challenging but it didn’t take long for us to adjust to the drive. It is a short distance to downtown. We hope to visit Ortisei again.”

“Die Wohnung überrascht durch die vielen Zimmer in massiven Holz. Leider hat nur eins der beiden Schlafzimmer Tageslicht. Das Urinal war leider defekt. Ebenso gab es keine Möbel um im Freien zu sitzen, da die Gartenbank defekt ist und innerhalb unseres Aufenthalts von einer Woche weder repariert noch ersetzt wurde. Die Sauberkeit ist sicher Ansichtssache. Oberflächlich gereinigt war ok. Spinnweben oder Krümel am Boden, in der Sauna und "runde Ecken" zu vermeiden, sind meine……

“While the staff was great and very accommodating, don’t let them place you in a Mountain View room. As most places in Italy, they don’t have air conditioning. So that means you have to keep your windows/doors wide open when it’s hot out. The Mountain View rooms sit right above a very busy street and you will be awakened all through the night to road noise. ”
