“Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and Dubraska did her best to help us. The issue was about the rooms. We were first assigned a room where the fridge didn’t work. A technician was supposed to fix it but it never happened. Then, we were offered to use the fridge in another room, which was very uncomfortable. Then we were offered another room to change. We moved all our belongings to that room to find out that A/C was broken, it didn’t cool at all. Faucet didn’t have a spray for water, and the……

It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that.
