Die Matratze sind sehr hart.Der Kühlschrank zu laut. An zwei Tagen hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.Wir haben jeden Tag ein kleines Wasser bekommen , mit dem Kaffee waren sie aber sehr sparsam ,es gab 2 Portionen Nescaffe für 6 Übernachtungen. "Our stay here was good. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was okay, if you didn’t get there early the food definitely wasn’t as fresh as it could be. We had a big issue with noise. There is a bar right next to the hotel which blasted music and had people screaming into microphones into midnight. We asked to switch rooms but were told it would be the same anywhere in the hotel. So beware of that. As someone who likes a quiet area, this hotel didn’t meet that expectation. But we were also there on a weekend, so maybe that was why. "

"Beautiful location! The approach through rice paddies, palm trees and striking limestone karsts is memorable. The layout of the property is also nice, with a winding pathway to the rooms. My room was spacious and I heard no noise from other guests. The interior was a little dated, but fully functional. Staff was great, from check in to the individually prepared breakfasts, handling my laundry request, getting me going with a bicycle, and booking a full day excursion."
