We loved the Victor Gallery hotel & spa so much. Upon arrival, Mrs. Vivian booked a luxury package tour as Ninh Binh 1 day trip + ha long bay 2 day 1 - night trip + Sapa 3 day 2 - night trip was a good promotion and excellent information was provided. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our entire stay comfortable and memorable. Each destination on the tour was breathtaking, with well-organized itineraries that allowed us to fully experience the local culture and the natural beauty. The meals included in the package were delightful, showcasing authentic regional flavors that complemented our adventure perfectly. Really recommend this well located hotel - it is a smaller hotel with very friendly helpful staff

We stayed only 1 night and upon arrival at the hotel, we booked a Premium package tour as : Ha long bay 2 day 1 night + sapa trekking 3 day 2 - night tour with Mrs. Ruby. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, guiding us through every step. The tour included visits to iconic sites and some hidden gems, making our short stay unforgettable. We highly recommend the Premium package for anyone looking to experience the best of the area. The accommodations provided were comfortable, and the local cuisine we experienced during the tours added a delightful touch to our adventure. Overall, the combination of excellent service and beautiful destinations made this trip truly special.

Wonderful stay , nice clean and very convenient close to hoankiem lake and walk to all shopping and lots of restaurants nearby Breakfast was good too Staffs are amazing polite and so helpful And feeling safe to stay there Love it will definitely come back Recommend 100%
