“The property and location exceeded my family’s expectations. We had space for everyone and the condo had all the amenities we needed. Plus, it is in walking distance of all the great spots in Canal Park and it’s a short walk to downtown. Highly recommend and will stay here again! ”

“I love staying here! Great location and a very cute, quaint space. It certainly was an open floor plan so if you are staying with friends or others, just be aware that you can hear everything that goes on in the house. My only negative feedback is The upstairs bed was very uncomfortable from my perspective.Otherwise it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again!”

“We had a great stay at this property - check-in process was straightforward, and the interior was true to the photos. There was plenty of space to host the whole family. We loved our private patio on top with a great view of the lake, the great bakery on the first floor (and coffee shop across the street), and the property’s proximity to Canal Park. ”

“Amazing location!! 1/2 a block from access to Lake Superior boardwalk, less than a mile walk to Lift Bridge, and more. This location is wheelchair accessible. Two of us are in electric wheelchairs and there is plenty of room to get around. Very nice large elevator. Our group stayed for 5 nights and ate several meals there. The kitchen if fully stocked with crock pot, griddle, and so many utensils. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“We have traveled to Duluth often over the past decade or so, and our stay at The Brix was hands-down our very favorite of them all! From the beautiful, well-maintained, and well-stocked apartment to the excellent location and wonderful communication from Tiegen and Keenan, we could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and felt like a second home for us and our children. We are so happy to have found a "keeper" to stay at for all of our……
