“Staff was pleasant and as helpful as they could be. Biggest complaint was the bugs. Luckily I only saw dead ones, but there were multiple dead roaches in our room. Toilet leaked on the floor. As a former local, they've been doing "renovations" for literal years now. The room we were in is the same type my dad was in several years ago, and there have definitely been upgrades, but I don't think it's been enough. Some things that were upgraded were not done well or correctly (like the sink faucet……

“Room entrance door stuck tight. Bathroom door would not close. No ice. Desk clerk told us they were in a dispute with their cable company so no TV. Lobby and breakfast area looked ok but hallways and room looked tired and worn out and in need of upgrading.”
