Mold in the tub area. No blankets on the beds. The bedspread had cigarette holes in it even though my room was non smoking. Pillows where super thin. Light outside shown in the room all night. Very noisy next to the highway.

There is really nothing unique about the place. It's upkeep is adequate but could use a lot of renovations. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is nothing special but could use a facelift. The prices are always reasonable for what you get in appearance and I'm sure what they take in monetarily is barely enough to keep them afloat but come football weekend for Penn State football. They are completely booked which is interesting because they surely aren't convenient to State College. I will say that I'll continue to book with them during football season because the hotels in State College rip you by increasing the price at least 2.5 times the daily rate and they make you book at least 2 nights.
