Property location was excellent, 5min walk to JBR Beach. Apartment I had wasn’t that great, AC in the bedroom was leaking and for some reason there were a lot of mosquitoes at night which kept on biting me

Excellent location both close proximity to JBR beach and marina. Lovely spacious rooms with kitchen facilities. Didn’t dine at the hotel so couldn’t comment on the food there but staff where very helpful.

Very good and clean hotel. Sad part was that the hotel doesn’t have an entrance where taxis can drop or pick you off. They come in the parking lot. The main entrance/reception is unfortunately on the first floor where no cars coming.

Séjour en famille de 6 personnes de 9 nuits, très bien placé de nombreux restaurants et petits commerces à proximité.
Très belle vue sur la marina
Le personnel est top, très attentif et réactif aussi bien à la réception, le ménage, les excursions
L’appartement de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 4 wc est très spacieux le plus un lave linge et lave vaisselle.
Le moins la rue est extrêmement bruyante de plus le tramway au pied de l’hôtel annonce son arrivé systématique avec un signal sonore répétitif du début de service jusqu’à la fin…
La cuisine est équipée avec le minimum assiettes, verres, couverts, bouilloire, micro-ondes, four
Mais pas de plat pour le four, épluche légumes, passoir…

Floors turned feet black. Hair on pillows. Stained furniture and ceiling. Confusing parking and valet. Terrible customer service that wouldn’t honor a partial refund after one night, had to get Expedia involved to rebook a much better place nearby.
