The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious. But we had a terrible time checking in. The hotel had not received our reservation from Expedia. It took an hour with online support and finally the Expedia supervisor calling the hotel to get the situation resolved. Then everything was fine. There is no elevator to the second floor.

Excluding the lady bugs in our room, it was clean. The beds weren't very comfortable. They sagged in the middle. Room was very spacious. The front desk person that checked us in wasn't very friendly but he desk person that checked us out in the morning was. The breakfast was good. Nice selection of items to choose from.
