“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“The Breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean except for the shower area which showed wear and tear consistent with soap buildup on title and floor within the shower. Had to wait on room at check-in time at 3:00pm was told that the room was not ready. The staff was friendly and polite. I thought the price was inflated for one night stay and will not consider using a indirect entity again. The elevator was extremely slow.
