“I absolutely loved this hotel. I spent two nights in Easley as part of a greater hiking trip. In South Carolina, I hiked at Caesars Heads and Table Rock State Parks, and I also did ten miles out-and-back to Sassafras Mountain on the Foothills Trail. Obviously, that means a fair amount of carbohydrates were needed. The staff pointed me to the Italian restaurant within walking distance (Brio and Trio), which also has a great salad bar. The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, including……
