“The hostel is good. The rooms are equipped with the essentials and are mostly clean. The common areas could have been cleaner though. The kitchen is not so well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helped immediately with any problems. I would recommend the hostel for a short stay.”

“It's a lovely guesthouse in a former school building, with a small room but a comfortable common area and a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views of the fjord. The area is a bit isolated--just a tiny village, and it takes over an hour to get there from the main road by a steep winding dirt road. We hiked up the hill, but the trail isn't well maintained. It's a great place for peace and quiet, but not as a base for exploring the eastern fjords.”

“This property was wonderful! Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view from our room of the mountain was fantastic. We could not hear people once everyone was in their rooms, even with some loud snoring from our neighbor. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cutlery. The only small drawback was no working lights or outlets in the bathrooms, but with the sun not setting until midnight, this wasn’t an issue”
