The "Fitness" room is not a gym- it's 3 treadmills and 2 bikes. No weights, no Lifefitness equipment. Just a small room with lots of mirrors and the 5 pieces. The room was spacious, and it was quiet, but the vent in my bathroom did not work, so the steam billowed out into the room along with any smells. A pole had broken off the drapes and was just left on the ventilation grate. The additives and sundries package that was left next to the Kurig was opened. The sheet had a 2" tear in it. The views from the 19th floor of lake Michigan were amazing, but not worth the price that I paid. The staff were all helpful, and the $25 food credit got bought me a breakfast at the cafe one day. Ate there all three days of my stay, and for the most part the food was delicious. Had one order where it wasn't right- and they were quick to make it right.

We stayed in suite #8. It was beautiful and very roomy. It had all the amenities one could need and it was quiet and comfortable despite being right next to the hotel’s restaurant (which was delicious). There are just a few small things that needed tending to and the customer service response to help us with those were very quick. The #3 does not work on the inner keypad to enter the room and our code contained a 3. This has apparently been a problem for a little while. When we called, the gal gave us a new number right away. Also, there was no WiFi passcode in the room or in the communication prior to checkin. We had to call again for that. Service was wonderful again. The lights in the bathroom were partially out and there were no replacement bulbs in the room. We didn’t call about this but were hopeful the housekeepers would resolve the issue for the next guests. We will definitely stay again as these were very minor issues.

Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size.
