The room's have kitchenette's. Unfortunately, upon check-in, our room had uneaten groceries in the refrigerator from the prior guest. In addition, the dishwasher had a sign on it that any dishes inside were clean. Unfortunately, housekeeping must have forgotten to run the dishwasher. We were told the sofa sleeper linens, blankets and pillows would be in the room, but they weren't. There were two extra pillows, but they didn't have pillowcases on them. Also, we prefer a room with a safe and there wasn't a safe. The breakfast food was some of the worst we have experienced - and the toaster wasn't timed properly so many folks toast or bagels came out burned. However, on a positive, it was located convenient to Summerfest and to some nice dining and to The Third Ward. We regretted booking it, but our choices were limited.

Very basic, very clean. A-C didn’t work, and motorized shades were broke (stuck down) but we didn’t bother calling to fix so probably would have been taken care of. Spacious room

When we checked into our room there was a lot of cleaning issues, there was strands of hair in the sink, shower and freezer. There was dirty silverware and also a cup they still had the last guest left over juice residue. The really bug thing that got me was when I talked to the fronts desk about our room not having a hot plate and the lady at the desk said she would bring it up to me when she got the key but the issue was when she brought it up it so much left over crumbs and residue from whoever used it prior. So the moment I grabbed it out her hands there was crumbs falling all over me and the floor. I get not being able to get them spot less but it’s like she had no care and didn’t even attempt to clean it off before she brought it up to me

The room showed a fair amount of wear: chipped and worn woodwork, splattered dried liquid on some walls and cabinets, vinyl peeling off all around ottoman in front room, orange mold stains in corners of shower, heavy smell of pot in hallway always. The kitchen was great.

Average. My room was comfortable and roomy. The cleaning staff was very nice to us. But the ladies at the front desk were not great. I ended up switching to the other Hilton (Garden Inn) which is much better

Would definitely stay here again. The continental breakfast was great and the lobby/dining area was airy and spacious. The room itself was huge; literally a studio apartment with a kitchenette. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. We stayed in room 666 (lol) and there was dust on the top surfaces of the refrigerator (not that tall) and, counters, and frames, as well as a lot of tape on the wall left over from a previous guest. Additionally there were dirt my dishes in the kitchenette. And only a half roll of toilet paper. Despite this, we were still so happy with the room.

We came to Milwaukee for a Brewers game vs the Cubs, and stayed here. Wonderful buffet for breakfast, helpful staff...ALL of them! The room and Bathroom were immaculate, clean and comfortable. We were in walking distance to many fun restaurants. Close to Lake Michigan. Would HIGHLY recommend. Very affordable with 5 star service and amenities! Will be back!

The bed was very uncomfortable and there was hair all over bathroom from previous guest. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I will say the staff in the one area of breakfast area worked really hard to keep it clean and stocked.

Overall it was a great stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness was because all the dishes were dirty in dishwasher from last guest and sticky finger/hand prints from little kids on cabinets and doors which you can't see unless your sitting on the couch so being a Mom didn't bother me to much. It's easy to miss but another guest might not think highly of it.
