“The room was clean and maintained well during my stay. The breakfast was fresh and the variety was great. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was an ADA room. The only downside was it had a bathtub rather than a walk in shower.”

“We have used this property multiple times. Convenient and close to Bradley Fair area. Amenities appear to gradually decrease each time we stay which makes it nothing special anymore but we will continue to use it for its location in the future. Other hotel chains are opening nearby which could change our trajectory..”

“I was charged an early departure fee even though we checked out at 8pm the evening before our departure date. Why did I get charged when the room was already paid for? It shouldn’t matter if you checked out the evening before, or that next morning. When walking in the door, a note was on the computer that the pool was closed. That should have been noted somewhere online that it was an issue. The carpet had snags and rips along with the furniture in the room. The key code on the outer doors……
