“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage.
When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident.
The replacement room was on a low……

“Pros: not having a cumbersome check-in process was great - particularly as it meant checking in online before arrival and not waiting in a dreaded queue upon arrival. Likewise for checking out.
Cons: this location is incredibly noisy. Unfortunately it is situated right next to a pub where everyone drank outside. This issue was worsened by the terrible A/C in the room which meant either the room was too hot, or the window was open and the noise was unbearable.
