Staff were very helpful and the room was lovely with a nice kitchen area. It was very quiet despite being in a very central location with easy access to London attractions. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back to the hotel.

Very warm welcome at reception and spotless, brand new rooms. Great little kitchenette, spacious bathroom with proper big bath towels, good wardrobe / drawer space, good quality hairdryer and very comfortable king size bed. Some comfortable chairs, separate desk space and lots of plug sockets. Location is also very handy for the city - just on the doorstep of Leadenhall Market with plenty of restaurants and city grocery stores nearby.

Great location centered around Liverpool Station and underground Air-conditioning was a bonus in this heat Really, really clean and modern room. Windows keep the city noises out Only let down was the lack of a kitchen knif for cutting things and a tea towel to dry dishes Would be happy to stay here again

Beware there are floors in the basement. My room was a windowless apartment that had everyone stomping on my head at all hours of the night. Wish I’d known going in it was a basement spot going in. The energy saving features mean the vent fans only run when you’re moving around. Not my cup of tea.
