Summary:
The stunning apartment is located in the prime East Lothian village of Gullane. The apartment is incredibly spacious & tastefully decorated throughout. The open plan living eating & dining room has fabulous countryside views. Generous sized bedrooms, 2 of them have en-suite shower rooms & there is a large family bathroom. Archer House is within easy walking distance of the golf courses, beaches, shops & restaurants including the Bonnie Badger owned by Edinburgh's Michelin star chef, Tom Kitchin.
The Space:
The apartment has been tastefully renovated by S1 developments, a prestigious local builder. The standards of the finishes in this apartment are both luxurious and tasteful. The apartment itself is located on the top floor, and benefits from high ceilings. The accommodation, arranged over one level, is accessed by a private staircase from the first floor communal entrance hall and comprises – welcoming entrance hall; open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with an excellent selection of units and there is ample room for dining and relaxing .
Bedroom 1: King size bedroom and shower room with contemporary suite.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom, dressing area and shower room with contemporary suite.
Bedroom 3: Double bedroom and shares the large family bathroom.
Flooring is engineered oak flooring and quality carpeting in all bedrooms. New double glazed timber sash and case windows combined with A rated boilers provides luxurious experience.
The Neighborhood:
Gullane is a small picturesque village lying less than a 45 minute drive from the centre of Edinburgh. It has a good range of local shops and other amenities but it is the excellent sandy beaches and world renowned golf courses including Muirfield that make it a special place to stay. The ready access to the beaches and to the countryside of East Lothian combined with easy access to Edinburgh ensures a fabulous holiday experience.
Getting Around:
We have private parking in front of the building. There are busses locally but we would recommend hiring a car. The nearest train station would be Longniddry. We can recommend several very good taxi companies.
