“The apartment is great except a bit high. Need to climb 5/F for my apartment. ”

“This place was absolutely spotless! Very accommodating as we were able to store our luggage onsite while we waited for check in. Staff were very responsive. Location wise, it is in a great spot. Tons of food and things to do nearby and everything is walkable. I loved being able to dial in a code to get in and out of the building as well as our room so I did not have to worry about a key card since there is no front desk. Will definitely book with them again next time I am in Scotland! ”

“There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. ”

“Actually, we were not able to stay. I did climb the 30 steps to get to the apartment, and it was a very nice place. 40 years ago, it would have been suitable for my wife and I. It would be better suited to younger travelers since all bags have to be carried up the steps. However, I cannot fault the owners because I did not pay close enough attention to the description”

“Our unit was just as in the pictures - it was nice and cozy. The kitchen cupboard was a pleasant surprise. The bed seemed slightly larger than other properties. Our unit was up 2 long flights of stairs (no lift), so be prepared. It is on a quiet street and close to Princes St and a ton of restaurants and stores. The shower was roomy, but the shower hardware was a bit flimsy. Overall, I would recommend.”

“Cooper’s Room was absolutely lovely. The location was perfect for everything you’d want to see and do in Old Town Edinburgh. The property was very clean with ample towels, pillows, toiletries, etc. We would definitely recommend! ”
