“Excellent customer service”

“El Cajon was a good location to travel throughout San Diego County. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel stay was within my traveling budget. I had to leave two days early and spoke to the hotel manager and was told getting a refund would be a no issue. I should expect one. What troubled me, unnecessarily, was that Expedia sent me a message stating as a business they were sorry I was declined a refund; which was completely erroneous and misleading and aggravating. So, I don't plan on……

“The hotel itself is fine but the parking situation on Friday nights is impossible to deal with! There are hundreds of high school kids and In and Out burger takeout line customers flooding the parking area. It took us over 15 minutes to find a spot and deal with the mess. We complained to the front desk, along with another customer, about the situation. She was unable to help since the property shares the space. Her only. response was that was why they don't charge for parking.”

“😊”

“I don’t think the place should even be on the list. Homeless hanging out outside, doors don’t work in the bathroom, shower was very poor, room was extremely hot when we went in. Stay away from this one”

“雖然是老飯店但有重新裝潢，停車方便，還有早餐，CP值不錯。”

“Property is advertised as entire home, it is a room within a home that is still being renovated and there are people coming and going at all hours. There is a code for the door that wasn’t provided until after I inquired while I was at the property. The room had not been cleaned and another was offered but someone else was already staying there. The shower in the room looks nice in pictures but when you turn the water on it pours outside the shower stall on to the floor of the room. The bed was……

“The host was very helpful”

“Appreciated that the TV remote had batteries when I checked in, bed was cozy, overall quiet even close to busy streets. Check-out process went smoothly with no delays or fuss over keys.”

“Roaches, room light works only with spinning fan, an electric wires sticking from the walls, outlets without covers. Extension cables all over. A barking dog in a 6x12ft place, barning next to window. Coffee wihout caps, but with cap covers. AC works, but noisy. Shower head shooting water outside the shower stall, requires a 45 deg knee to operate or a shower curtain. Microwave works. Checking in confused, four rooms and a lot of calls to get it settled. Handyman special.”

“Buena ubicación y limpieza”

“Claimed to sleep 7, but had 5 full size beds and no extra bedding. They did bring some by after we asked. Likewise, dishes didn't really support the number of guests either. Half the silverware was covered in... I don't know what.”
