The room was clean, however it smelled like mold inside and bathroom shower ceiling had some visible mold. The Caracoles restaurant staff were pretty slow when bringing in drinks when asked, even after multiple times, I’m not sure if there was lack of communication. I also find that although not everyone can be as respectful, past 12am, other guests were still blasting music and being loud because I don’t think there are “quite hours”.

"We drive 4 hours from Guatemala City to this place the property have no reception we had to wait for the person in charge to get there no toreos o. Pool tv not working I can go on for the money we paid not good"
