"The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and air conditioned. However , no elevator in case you have luggage but the staff helps with carrying it. No restaurant or cafe but the atmosphere is very friendly "
"I had to change the room because of odour, I took a bed room with twin bed the bed had tyres that was moving such that you cannot sit on the bed with pillow the bed keep on moving, the breakfast was ok and the front desk was so supportive, I asked for a tax to Gibraltar it was so quick , serving with smile"

"We booked to stay here at the end of May. Loved the hotel property, our room had an ample amount of space, the staff were very lovely. The breakfast options were great. Entertainment available at the pool and the nightclub. The only unfortunate event was our air-con was not working for our whole stay, when we reported this to reception, the maintenance team did not turn up to our room to fix this. "
