The property is in great need of updating. The musty smell was the first sense that affected me. Evident by the long term neglect of the property, the rooms are dark and cramped not typical of other Ramada properties I’ve enjoyed in the past. The bathtub paint was chipping and not white as expected. The bathroom was reminiscent of days gone by with cramped quarters not spacious as current hotels have. Certainly not what I expected from previous experiences in securing rooms with Expedia. The ratings on this property are inflated. At the end of the day the property was not safe for my health and should be excluded for anyone who has allergies to molds, pets, etc. Policy did not allow for a refund. Certainly this policy should be reviewed for extenuating circumstances.

Bathroom in room to small to get around in..Sauage gravy in breakfast area was cold.Checking in i felt like i was an inconvenience like she would rather be doing something else.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room smelled so horrible like something was spoiled. The room wasn’t very clean, crumbs in the sheets on the bed and found an old sick when we pulled out he fold out couch.

Property was dated, the elevator was a bit questionable, and the pool handle is coming out but the room was clean and comfortable the breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind and helpful. All in all we enjoyed it!

Only issue was bed was too tall or I’m too short. We’ll definitely stay here again in the fall.

Clean and conveniently located with a handful of restaurants within walking distance, and only 2.5 or so miles from downtown with other coffee shops, restaurants, etc.
