“So many things…Pool and hot tub were advertised in the listed amenities on Expedia, but at check-in we were told pool was not open. High speed WiFi was advertised, but we were never able to connect to WiFi, and the desk clerk offered no help…told us “WiFi is terrible in this whole town”. The entire property looked run down…hair dryer didn’t work, there was a large hole in the bottom sheet on the bed, weird smell in the bathroom, and there was a layer of dead bugs on the window sill.
