“The staff was exceptional. Cleaning lady helped me get into my room since front desk was too busy: took 20 minutes to get into the room. The room was full of bugs, floor in bathroom was disgusting, dirty, the shower did not work correctly. Beds were super soft and hurt my back.
Breakfast was good and staff was attentive. Easy check-in and checkout.
